Last week we talked about the importance of starting the new year with love.

That means instead of focusing on all that’s wrong with you (your job, your partner, etc.) you focus your energy on loving who you are now and using that as the basis of expanding what makes you so great.

This episode won’t be easy to digest--pun intended.

But I know that like me, for many of you, weight and food obsession have been the central theme in your life. Whether it’s struggling with the same 5 pounds for a decade or if you’ve lost and gained 50 pounds several times in your life, todays episode is for you.

Do you have the courage to look at your weight and food choices for what they are?

Then join me, as I take the plunge in two parts.

Part 1:
Part 2:
Are you ready to stop hating your body and start loving it?

Then type "I'm in" in the comment section below! I'll send you free materials so we can address the things that food and weight obsession never will.

Thanks for the support Felicia!

Yea, honesty is never easy because if we are doing it right it shines a spotlight on us. But the good news is that being in the light makes it so much easier for like minds to find you.
